Now hiring an Accounting Manager in Muenster, Texas! The Accounting Manager will report directly to company leadership and offers a unique opportunity to streamline financial processes and implement new systems for efficiency. As Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Receivable through detailed data entry, creating purchase orders in QuickBooks Enterprise and uploading them to vendors, entering purchasing transactions into the system, preparing internal financial reports, and eventually taking over payroll processing using ADP. This position does not involve collections and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and improving workflows

Requirements :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

Pay Rate : $160,000 - $90,000 / annually
