Applicants for the VP of Learning Innovation position at the company should have a Masters degree in instructional or educational technology, with a preference for a Ph.D. in a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional or educational technology, project management, and a proven track record of successful leadership are required. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to create and execute a departmental vision. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of the financial impact of new programs and strategies and to be adept at negotiating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's training programs are of the highest quality, engaging, and effective in meeting the needs of the workforce.
