Required QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Skills & AbilitiesClear, straightforward, and professional communication with customers and colleagues. Competence in using personal computers and relevant software applications, including billing systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Demonstrated judgment and initiative in accomplishing job duties. Working knowledge of cable communications products and services, including TV, internet, and telephone.Preferred Qualifications2+ years call center sales experience.
