Lean Specialist

This position is part of WaTech's Strategy and Management Division (SMD), which manages the performance and accountability of programs and services. The Lean Specialist reports to the Lean Manager and works with staff across divisions to improve processes, measure success, and prepare executive-level reports. The Lean Specialist carries out the strategic priorities of the Lean program by solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement in processes, services, and programs.

This position is approved for teleworking. However, it is expected to be onsite in our Olympia, Washington office approximately 1-2 days per month, or as needed based on the priorities of specific projects or initiatives.
