Job Title : Family Medicine Outpatient Physician (No OB) Location : Lubbock, TX Compensation & Benefits : Base Compensation : $240,000 Earning Potential : $350,000 Stipend for Residents : $2,000 per month while in residency a unique opportunity to ease the transition to practice! Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the medical, emotional, and social needs of patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless and holistic patient care. Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Maintain a strong commitment to quality care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
