Job Description
This role sits within the Corporate Finance division at Houlihan Lokey, specifically in the Digital Infrastructure group, a subset of the Technology group. Summer Financial Analysts may work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. Throughout the summer, you will research and analyze financial statements, industry‑specific economic conditions, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies. You will work with a dedicated staff of professionals, gaining substantial responsibility and interaction with senior‑level staff in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
