Physical Therapist (West Lafayette)

Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a well-established and rehabilitation organization , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in West Lafayette, IN area.

This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands-on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, self-care, and ongoing wellness practices.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and quality standards.
