Rehabilitation services consist of inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy provided up to six days per week, allowing many patients to return home after an acute illness or injury. How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition

What You Need to Make a Difference

CNA Part Time- Saturday Sunday every other weekend 8am to 4 : 30pm- 8 hrs bi weekly- PRN
