Job descriptionLead, coach, and mentor classroom staff; model positive behaviors and provide guidance. Manage your classroom with carecreating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting to each childs unique needs. Communicate regularly with families through our mobile app and daily updates, sharing each childs progress and milestones. Partner with center leadership to support goals around learning, enrollment, and family engagement. Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, joyful classroom community. Minimum 6 months of teaching experience required; 1+ year preferred . Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (High school diploma / GED required). Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) . CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements .

Pay rate : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday - no weekends
