Commercial / Industrial Service Electrician Foreman
Location : Tampa, FL & Surrounding Areas
Pay Range : $36 – $46 per hour (Depending on Experience, Tools, and Licensure)

- Licensed Foreman : $40 – $46 per hour
- Non-Licensed Foreman : $36 – $39 per hour
Overview :
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial / Industrial Service Electrician Foreman to lead electrical crews on large-scale service and construction projects throughout Tampa and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can supervise 10+ team members while maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and productivity. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and proven experience overseeing commercial and industrial electrical work.

Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a crew of 10 or more electricians and apprentices.Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities.Plan, schedule, and assign work to ensure project deadlines are met.Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with NEC, safety codes, and project standards.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades on-site.Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety protocols.Manage materials, tools, and jobsite logistics.Train and mentor less-experienced electricians and helpers.Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide hands-on technical support when needed.Qualifications :
6–10 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.Minimum 2–3 years in a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor role overseeing crews of 10 or more.Strong leadership and communication skills.Solid understanding of electrical codes, schematics, and blueprints.Experience managing manpower, scheduling, and material procurement.Proficient in conduit bending, motor controls, switchgear, and service work.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Must have personal hand tools (company provides specialty tools as needed).Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred (but not required).Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a strong plus.Additional Benefits :
