Assignment Details

ICU Float Pool – will float to MS / Tele, PCU, Stepdown, Overflow Units, and Overflow PACU as needed

Must be comfortable floating to multiple units, including high-acuity transplant units

Large hospital experience required

EKG exam administered on Day 1 of orientation – must pass to continue assignment

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 2 years ICU experience

PA Line experience REQUIRED (will be assessed during interview)

First-time travelers accepted only with at least 3 years of total RN experience

Must have experience with : Vents

IV starts

Telemetry

ICP monitoring

Conscious sedation

PA Lines (hard stop requirement)

Certifications Required

BLS

ACLS

NIHSS
