Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate holds an active ACSW, AMFT, LCSW or LMFT credential and has experience working in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or related fields. The therapist will provide individual and group therapy, clinical assessments, and case coordination during the detox and early stabilization phases of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Perform thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address client needs effectively.
• Provide case management services to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
