Must have : Experience in a mom / baby unit BSN

Preferred or nice to have : Flexibility with their schedule

Ability to adapt quickly to new situations

Unit Information :

Number of Beds- 23 beds

Number of Staff- approximately 80 staff members on mom / baby

Type of staff : Day Shift 1 charge, 2-3 CNAs, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 3-4 RNs in the nursery. Night Shift 1 charge, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 2-3 RNs in the nursery

Patient Ratios : 3 or 4 : 1 -Estimated ratios, not guaranteed

Type of equipment : main computer system-CPN

EMR : Meditech

List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Circumcision
