Biermann Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a

  • working Plumbing Field Supervisor
  • someone who leads by example, supports the team, and keeps jobs running smoothly.

    • This role is perfect for an experienced plumber who can handle both

  • fieldwork
  • and
  • management duties
  • in residential and commercial service settings.
  • Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and mentor field employees
  • Step in on projects as needed (hands-on field work)
  • Oversee commercial and residential plumbing projects / quality control
  • Manage parts ordering, job costing, and technician scheduling
  • Maintain high quality, safety, and customer service standards
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Foster a strong, positive, and productive team culture
  • Requirements
  • Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
  • 10+ years of plumbing experience
  • commercial and residential
  • Strong leadership and technical skills
  • Computer and organizational skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Professional attitude, reliable, and self-motivated
