A company is looking for an Account Development Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to target assigned accounts and develop new relationships
Research and understand prospect's Human Capital Management needs to generate sales opportunities
Maintain pipeline data and update daily activity in CRM to support the sales process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and HCM SaaS
Strong prospecting and financial analysis skills
Proficiency in standard office applications and sales tech stack
2+ years of prospecting experience in a business-to-business environment is a plus
