Physical Therapist

Back-in-Action Rehabilitation is a PT owned facility with owners working side-by-side with you. We believe in CEU training and placing PT in a position to be successful with patient care.

Back in Action was founded in 1993 and has facilities in Fond du Lac, New Holstein, Mayville, and Kewaskum.

The full time Physical Therapist will work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, treating a wide variety of patients in an excellent outpatient orthopedic setting. A condensed work schedule of 4 – 10 hour work days is possible.

This position is for full time hours, although a quality candidate seeking part time hours will be considered.

Requirements :

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a PT
• PTs with interest and experience in Manual Therapy are preferred
• Dry Needling certification or interest in becoming DN certified preferred
