• Prepare and cook meals according to specified menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ability to prepare chopped and pureed foods as needed for patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
