Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Perform high-quality CT scans and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures. Prepare and position patients for examinations. Maintain standard operating procedures and adhere to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide precise diagnostic imaging. Execute venipuncture and assist with biopsies as needed, while demonstrating strong patient care skills. Participate in on-call rotations and weekends as required. Qualifications : CT Registry within 12 months of hire date required. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered radiology technologist. ARRCT CT certification with at least 1 year of experience in Computed Tomography. Experience with Siemens equipment preferred. Current BLS certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Work Schedule : Shift : 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM). On-call responsibilities : One call shift during the week and one weekend of call every 4-6 weeks. Equipment Used : Siemens Somatom Drive – 256 slice CT scanners. Dress Code : Caribbean Blue and Black Scrubs (any combination of the two; black on black is not permitted).
