Architectural Project Manager

Selectek is looking for an Architectural Project Manager to begin working with a great client of ours in the Cleveland, OH area immediately. This candidate will coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Estimate fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.

Required by Client

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 3 plus years of experience creating construction documents for commercial / retail or similar projects.
• Revit Proficiency
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client

Pay Rate : $31 / hr - $48 / hr

Term : 6 months temp to perm
