Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Human Factors Engineer for the FAA - PSS contract , supporting the Civilian Division.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field : Physical Sciences (e.g., mathematics, physics, meteorology, chemistry), Applied or Experimental Psychology, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Sociology, Industrial Engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• 1-20 years of relevant experience in human factors engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in conducting human-computer interface analysis, human-in-the-loop evaluations, and ergonomic assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on human-centered system design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
