Salary and Benefits Salary : $190,000 $230,000 annually (based on experience) Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Retirement Package 403(b) Student Loan Repayment Eligible up to $75,000 4 Weeks of Vacation (accrued quarterly in year one; increases in year two) 96 Hours of Personal / Sick Time 8 Paid Holidays Continuing Education : 40 hours Relocation Assistance Available Responsibilities Monday Friday (8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM) Flexible scheduling options available Outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan On-call responsibility one weekend every 8 weeks (with stipend) Preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness education Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Clear and Active M.D. or D.O.
