CX Regional Vice President (RVP) Financial Services Industry
As an CX Regional Vice President (RVP) focused on the Financial Services Industry, you will lead a high-performing sales team bringing Oracle CX Cloud solutions to market. You will engage senior leaders at major banks, insurers, and financial institutions to align Oracle's technology with their strategic goalsparticularly around finance modernization, revenue transformation, and customer experience.
Responsibilities include :
Lead with insight and empathy to build trust with CFOs, COOs, and CIOs navigating industry change.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a clear understanding of financial regulations and institutional buying behaviors.
Drive growth by identifying opportunities where Oracle CX can help clients address key challenges.

What You Will Do :
Build, coach, and scale a sales team focused on large financial institutions.
Develop and execute a territory strategy aligned to key financial services segments.
Drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic client engagements.
Deliver compelling executive-level presentations tailored to industry use cases.
Collaborate with Oracle's industry strategy, solution engineering, and consulting teams to deliver maximum value to clients.
Navigate complex procurement and compliance processes in regulated environments.
Meet or exceed quota consistently by closing strategic deals and expanding footprint across accounts.
Your Background & Qualifications :
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 in financial services.
Demonstrated success managing senior-level relationships in F500 financial institutions.
Strong understanding of CX, finance transformation, and / or cloud applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing sales teams in a matrixed, collaborative environment
