Billing Specialist

National firm is seeking a Billing Specialist for its downtown Miami office. Openings available in their Tampa and Orlando offices as well.

Position requirements :

• 3 to 5 years of billing experience in a service industry, preferably in law firm environment
• Electronic billing experience preferred
• Good typing skills and data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines on a timely basis
• 3E software experience a big plus
