LHH is partnered with an AmLaw 200 firm seeking an associate attorney to join their commercial litigation practice in Jacksonville, Florida . The ideal candidate will have at least two years of commercial litigation experience.
Responsibilities :
- Support a dynamic team focused on litigating complex commercial disputes, including claims stemming from breaches of contract, covenants not to compete, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and intellectual property
- Attend and handle depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel to drive disputes forward
