Director of Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics & Performance Measurement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy advanced optimization models for marketing spend allocation

Develop and maintain quantitative models for revenue and profitability forecasting

Own performance reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of key metrics across the business

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

5+ years of experience in the Mortgage, Lending, or FinTech industries

Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Deep understanding of the full loan life cycle and P&L mechanics
