Are you passionate about data integrity, governance, and enabling smarter business decisions? Arch Reinsurance is seeking a Data Governance and Metadata Analyst with a strong business analysis and insurance background to join our dynamic Data Strategy team —a group dedicated to transforming how data is managed and leveraged across the organization.

Work Location

This is a hybrid role based in Farmington, CT , with in-office collaboration every Wednesday. For exceptional candidates, we are also open to a fully remote arrangement anywhere in the U.S., with a strong preference for those located on the East Coast.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Data Strategy team, you will :

• Operationalize Data Governance : Help bring our Data Governance and Data Management framework to life by embedding best practices into project workflows and everyday work.
• Consult on Projects : Partner with cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
• Support Governance Technologies : Assist in the implementation and maintenance of platforms such as : Data Catalog (e.g., Collibra, Alation)Master / Reference Data Management (MDM / RDM)Data Quality tools
• Drive Metadata Excellence : Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate and accessible metadata across systems.
• Enable Reference Data Standardization : Provide data and business analysis support to harmonize reference data across the enterprise.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$110,000 - $130,000 / year

Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
