Key Responsibilities :

• Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
• Lead business development efforts to grow the firm’s portfolio and achieve strategic growth objectives.
• Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and firm strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys, contributing to the firm’s overall success.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client portfolios.
