Intelligent Automation Analyst

A company is looking for an Intelligent Automation Analyst to maintain custom robotic processes for clients and support RPA-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Streamline client solutions by configuring user interfaces and managing expectations

Create and build new RPA processes using proprietary tools and scripting

Manage and maintain RPA processes, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

RPA experience preferred (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)

Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, Cosmos, or Mongo

Experience in a Scrum or Agile development environment

Bachelor's degree required

Proactive attitude with a proven ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
