Job Overview :

Consider joining our legal team where you will represent clients and policyholders in civil litigation matters involving claims for monetary damages or compensation for personal injuries or property damage of low to mid-level exposure. This is a remote position, and candidates must live in the state of Colorado and be licensed to practice law in Colorado. The role requires an experienced Insurance Defense Trial Attorney who can manage the entire legal process, from investigation and discovery through trial preparation, court proceedings, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire legal process, including investigation, discovery, trial preparation, court proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
• Research applicable laws and findings to develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages of litigation.
• Collaborate with claims representatives and insured clients to share legal strategies and updates.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with claims representatives and clients.
• Conduct training sessions for Legal, Claims, or other departments as needed.
• Draft and render clear, unambiguous legal opinions, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Pay Range : $50 - $54

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
