- Desirable Practice Setting : Clinical + director role with 3 days in clinic and 2 days for residency program management
- Work-Life Balance : No weekends, No call!
- Ideal Work Environment : Two exam rooms and support staff to efficiently manage patient volumes
- Support & Networking : Support and ramp up time provided for residency program management, bones of the program are complete
