We are looking for Executive Officers (XO) II, III, and IV to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer in Northern Virginia. This requisition represents multiple openings-The position level is contingent on applicant-specific qualifications and experience. After multiple assessments, applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1 to 5 based on their experience and customer feedback.

As an Executive Officer (Level 2), the individual shall possess the following capabilities :

• Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications Based on LCAT Level :

3-7 years of Tradecraft-Relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or have five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience in lieu of a college degree!

7-12 years of Tradecraft-Relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or have five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience in lieu of a college degree!

12-20 years of Tradecraft-Relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or have five (5) additional years of Program-related work experience in lieu of a college degree!

Desired Qualifications :

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
