Position Overview

The Value Stream Specialist is responsible for driving Lean transformation and operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. This role plays a key part in leading the cultural shift toward a Lean Operating System by engaging plant leadership, Lean experts, and front-line employees. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on change agent who can influence without direct authority and drive sustainable, measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and overall performance. As a salaried, exempt employee, you may also be required to work outside of this schedule from time to time, including during off shift hours, to meet operational needs, attend meetings, participate in training or development activities, or fulfill other business-related responsibilities. Flexibility in scheduling is an essential part of this role.
