We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to guide the development and delivery of high-value products in a collaborative, agile environment. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality outcomes. This position offers remote flexibility and requires effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on product strategy and delivery. Accountabilities

  • Gather and refine requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring readiness for development.
  • Write clear, concise acceptance criteria for user stories and support sprint planning.
  • Participate in all scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with the development team.
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • Coordinate cross-team priorities, testing, training, and support efforts as needed.
  • Contribute to final approval, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting of product issues.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, design, and customer experience teams to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including writing and prioritizing user stories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, negotiate trade-offs, and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools commonly used in Agile environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in remote work environments and managing distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, backlog grooming, and iteration planning.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders.
