Independent Sales Representative Overhead Crane Systems

We are seeking motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representatives to represent our overhead crane system products and services. This is a 1099 contractor role with a commission-based structure, ideal for self-driven professionals who want the flexibility of independent work while partnering with a strong overhead crane manufacturing and operations team.

What You'll Do

• Pipeline Development Identify, qualify, and manage new crane sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer outreach.
• Customer Engagement Meet with customers to assess project needs and provide consultative, solutions-based recommendations.
• Site Surveys Visit customer locations to gather technical and environmental data critical for accurate project design and estimating.
• Proposal Development Work with our engineering, estimating, and project management teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Market Awareness Stay informed on customer budgets, competitor activity, and industry trends to position sales effectively.
• Internal Collaboration Coordinate with leadership and operations teams to ensure proposals and deliverables align with customer expectations.
• Professional Representation Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and customer-first service.

Compensation Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role with significant earning potential. You control your earnings potential as an independent contractor.
