Job Description

Serve as the first line of technical support for the Production team, focusing on the assembly and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and optical systems.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales teams to address challenges and improve processes.

Recommend updates to manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, checklists, and troubleshooting guides to enhance quality and manufacturability.

Partner with Manufacturing Engineers to test new processes, collect data , and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Diagnose and repair returned customer systems , recommending corrective actions and upgrades in coordination with Applications Engineers.

Act as a technical mentor for the Production team by delivering training sessions to Assemblers and Technicians.

Support new product introductions, tooling qualifications, and component testing , executing test plans, analyzing results, and preparing reports.
