Pay Information

$650,000 to $700,000 per year

About The Position

seeking a Board-Certified Cardiology Electrophysiologist to join its Heart Rhythm Institute. This leadership-track, full-time role provides a high-volume practice, advanced procedural opportunities, multidisciplinary collaboration, and medical education involvement across multiple hospitals.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology services.
  • Perform advanced procedures, including pacemaker / defibrillator implants and complex right- and left-sided ablations.
  • Participate in shared call coverage (2 : 1 ratio) and inpatient rounding with APP support.
  • Build and manage a patient panel with strong internal referral streams and high patient volume.
  • Engage in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities at an academic medical center with more than 200 residents and 30 fellows.

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology – REQUIRED
  • Completion of accredited Cardiology and Electrophysiology Fellowships – REQUIRED
  • Minimum 2–3 years of post-fellowship experience – preferred
  • Must hold or be eligible for a Michigan Medical License – REQUIRED
  • Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA – REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice and licensure history – REQUIRED
  • No second jobs or long commutes (1+ hour) – REQUIRED
