Job descriptionService-oriented attitude and strong work ethic. Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. Available to work Saturdays. Authorized to work in the USA (18+). Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions. Pay : $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus Paid weekly Grow with us : Defined career paths – many of our shop leaders and managers started right where you are. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Install and repair tires.
- Operate balancers and tire machines.
- Complete work orders accurately.
- Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
- Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
- Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
