Start : Feb 16-20, March 23-27, March 30-April 3, April 13-19, May 11-15, May 25-29, June 8-12, ongoing 5 weeks on / 1 week off

Hours : 7 am - 4 pm

Call hours : 4 pm - 7 am

Call Scheduled : OR and OB call - Primary and Secondary call

Types of cases required : ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals

License Requirements : COI - IN PCF required

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
