The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive, AI- driven solutions tailored to clients in various industries, including industrials, life sciences, healthcare, banking, financial services, and insurance. Your expertise will be pivotal in integrating AI into both legacy and new systems, with a strong emphasis on optimizing business outcomes such as increasing revenue, reducing costs, and enhancing user experiences. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, cloud- solutions that harness the power of AI technologies.

You must be willing to travel up to 35% to meet with clients on site in the US.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in pre-sales activities and initial kickoffs for projects that are implemented AI based solutions.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that incorporate AI into legacy systems and greenfield projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved user satisfaction.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI technologies, including machine learning for predictive analytics, Generative AI for content creation, and Agentic AI for dynamic automation.
• Develop cloud- architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and pilots to validate solution feasibility and alignment with client goals.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI and cloud engineering.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, GDPR for data privacy) and incorporate robust security measures.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies and incorporating them into solution designs.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps to clients and internal teams.
