What Youll Do
This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and associates by :
Recruiting and matching the right candidates to meet client needs.Building long-term client and candidate relationships.Supporting branch growth by delivering outstanding customer service.Performing a variety of recruiting and administrative tasks that support quality, performance, and service.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Care
Utilize recruiting tools and networking strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.Create sourcing and screening strategies to ensure timely fulfillment of job orders.Identify, interview, and present qualified candidates for administrative and light-industrial openings.Support candidates throughout the hiring process with clear communication and guidance.Client Service
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.Partner with the business development team to drive branch growth through successful placements.Provide creative solutions and responsive support to hiring managers.Communicate effectively and handle challenges with professionalism.Team & Leadership
Inspire and motivate others by living out our Vision and Values.Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.Apply active listening and interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections with both clients and candidates.Continuous Improvement
Stay current with recruiting best practices and industry trends.Share creative ideas and innovative solutions with your team.Represent our brand positively in all interactions.What Were Looking For
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn recruiting we will train the right person!1 year of experience in recruiting, administration, customer service, or light-industrial staffing preferred , but not required.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Business development interest and awareness of the local business community.Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Comfortable using computers, databases, and office equipment.Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods; occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs).Ability to travel locally to client sites and recruiting events.What Youll Gain
