About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Technology, Internal Audit to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growing Internal Audit Department, with a focus on managing technology audits for the organization. This key position involves collaborating with various audit teams, supporting the delivery of risk assessments, and developing the Internal Audit Plan. The VP will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology audits, including planning, execution, and reporting, and will also be involved in maintaining a comprehensive Technology Audit Universe. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years' experience in internal audit and / or public accounting, and a strong background in technology audit concepts and industry standards. Applicants for the VP, Technology, Internal Audit role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, information systems, or engineering, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in internal audit and / or public accounting. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and identify linkages across projects. A solid understanding of technology audit concepts, industry standards such as COBIT, and experience with data analytics is essential. The VP will be expected to have strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, CIA, or CISA are a plus. The position also involves supervising and coaching team members, interacting with key technology stakeholders, and preparing management updates.
