Summary
The Project Helper will assist with ensuring project tasks are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities include helping move archived paper documents to an online file server and assisting with tasks related to setting up an Amazon account for selling products. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
Primary Duties
- Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing archived paper files into an online storage system.
- Support the setup and organization of an Amazon account for product sales.
- Follow instructions to complete assigned project tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling digital files and records.
- Provide general support to the project team as needed.
Qualifications
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management, email).Previous experience with filing, record keeping, or administrative work preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.Good communication and teamwork skills.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.Some prior experience with office / computer work preferred.Ability to work independently and follow instructions.Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to move through facility and up and down stairsAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to visually see hard copy work orders and shipping documents
