Asurion is seeking a highly motivated Partner Solutions Senior Manager to join our broader Partner Solutions team. We are committed to exploring innovative approaches to expand our reach and provide new solutions to our partners and customers. The Partner Solutions Senior Manager is responsible for developing the product strategy and designing product constructs that solve complex problems for our partners, with a primary focus on Amazon. What You'll Do :
Strategy and Solution Design
- Utilize industry and partner information to understand Amazon's business problems, goals and pain points to develop full potential product solutions
- Collaborate with all enabling teams across all functions to build product solutions to ensure we leverage the best thinking in solution design
- Leverage a deep understanding of Asurion capabilities and financials across our Protection and Support Solutions
- Build innovative solutions for new categories including Pet, Small Business, and Home Services
- Partner with Partner Solutions team on selling in new concepts and showing the value of existing programs
- Team up with our Product Development teams in ideating new concepts and bringing them to market
- Collaborate with the partner on developing an online purchasing experience which maximizes sales conversion rate
RFP Leadership and Client Engagement
Lead the response to RFIs and RFPs, serving as the primary driver of our proposal strategyPartner with Sales and Go to Market team to develop and deliver presentations and proposalsEffectively demonstrate value of Asurion products and services with relation to partner pains / problemsShepherd new ideas through the Pricing and New Product Initiatives processes by serving as the voice of both Partner and ProductPartner with Pilot team on pilot design and KPIsProduct Alignment
Ensure success by liaising with the Product team to ensure constructability and schedulingMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational levers for our entire product suite to inform management and roadmap effortsMindset :

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred5+ years experience in one of the following areas : Product Management, Product Design, Brand Management, Consulting, Customer Experience, or Digital MarketingAbility to use data, industry trends and customer insights to create long term vision and go to market strategiesAbility to present highly complex results and requirements at senior client levelsUp to 10% domestic travel may be requiredWe take care of you (benefits / perks) :
