INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and optimize factory and production layouts to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
• Conduct time studies, process studies, and line balancing to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• Lead process design and improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and maximize throughput.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, and 5S principles to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze OEE data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in safety, ergonomics, and quality.
• Drive standardization and documentation of best practices across production lines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in factory simulation tools and MS Excel (advanced level).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5+ Years of proven experience in factory layout design, process engineering, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
