2nd shift Department Manager (New Lenox)

DC-New Lenox The Department Manager - DC manages and supports assigned team members to achieve business and operational objectives in safety, accuracy, production, and inventory control in the Distribution Center (DC). This role provides work direction and timely information to both the team members and leadership to help ensure overall operational success.

Major Activities

Operations Management

• Responsible for establishing and executing plans that align to meeting operational and organizational objectives.
• Ensures that all team members are following standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure internal and regulatory compliance.
• Identifies and quickly resolves production and / or communication issues which may impact operational success.
• Implements and executes processes that ensure accurate inventory processing and delivery to our customers.
