Summary of Position :

As a Sales Administrator, you are the first point of contact for AnswerNet’s corporate office. Your friendly, professional demeanor sets the tone for client relationships, while your strong administrative and reporting skills support our sales and operations teams. This role combines front-desk receptionist responsibilities with administrative support, including compiling reports and tracking key data in Excel.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

Lead Management :

Capture and input sales lead information through web forms and assist with reassigning accounts and leads in the CRM system.

Report Compilation :

Compile, summarize, and distribute weekly and monthly reports, leveraging Excel to track trends, metrics, and follow-ups.

Front Desk Excellence :

Answer and transfer calls with a warm, professional approach, ensuring a positive first impression.

Administrative Support :

Complete general office tasks, including scanning, e-fax distribution, and managing packages delivered to the office.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with sales and management to ensure smooth operations, accurate data, and timely communications.

Qualifications & Skills

Required :

Reliable transportation to and from the office.

Exceptional telephone and customer service skills with a professional phone demeanor.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and needs-analysis abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, basic formulas) and Word.

Ability to compile and present reports in a clear, organized manner.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (experience with reception or call center environments is a plus).

Preferred :

Previous experience in sales administration, office coordination, or customer service.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and type on a computer.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Office environment requiring focus and professionalism.
