Our client is a dynamic and innovative full service production studio. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT specialist to become an integral part of our team, enhancing the effectiveness of our IT infrastructure. If you are interested in joining the team, we are looking for applicants with at least 5-7 years of experience in production, specifically within the game industry.

Description :

• Manage and maintain all workstations on-site - Keeping a detailed inventory of all machines and maintenance logs
• Manage and maintain server and network infrastructure
• Data management and archiving
• Maintaining and resolving service requests for active directory
• Manage and maintain security infrastructure and protocols
• Manage security audits with third-party vendors
• Manage onboarding / offboarding of new employees - Emails, Slack, F-track, Jira, etc.
• Maintain and manage software subscriptions company wide and maintain a detailed record of subscription due dates.
• Provide frontline technical support to users, addressing hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Assist in user training and onboarding
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and issue resolution for future reference and implementation.
