About the Role

At Care Options for Kids, a pediatric home health care company providing one-on-one care in the home, we do things a little differently. There's no revolving door of patients or hospital setting chaos blinking call lights, scurrying doctors, and wards bursting at the seams. You work with self-sufficient autonomy, empowered to make a real difference in your clients' lives. RN Pay Rate Range : $28-$32an hour (night and weekend differential available)

Annaville / Corpus Christi : Sun-Thurs : 7am-5pm, Fri : 6 : 30am-6 : 30pm, Sat : 7am-5pm
Corpus Christi : Sun-Sat : 7am-7pm
Corpus Christi : Sat / Sun / Tues / Thur : 9 : 30am-4 : 30pm; Mon / Wed / Fri : 8 : 30am-11 : am OR 4 : 30pm-8 : 30pm
Corpus Christi : Monday or Friday 7am-7pm
Corpus Christi : Mon-Thurs : 3 : 30pm-11pm
Corpus Christi : Mon-Fri : 7 : 20am-4 : 30pm (nurse will go to school with patient)
Corpus Christi : Mon-Fri : 9am-3pm
Corpus Christi : Mon-Fri : 8am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Corpus Christi (78417) : Mon-Fri : 8am-4pm

Responsibilities forRegistered Nurses (RNs)

Medication administration per physician orders

Physician ordered treatments for :

Nutrition via a feeding tube

Tracheostomy care

Suctioningnasal, oral and / or endotracheal

Ventilation care

Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements for Registered Nurses (RNs)

Current, active Texas RN license

Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)

G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train

Must be available to work nights and weekends

With locations in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Oregon, Washington, California, Wyoming, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, the Care Options for Kids Community offers a wide range of pediatric health services, including pediatric nursing and therapies, ABA therapy, nursing, Family Caregiver Services, and school-based services.

Bonus for eligible cases only. The eligible employee will receive $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500. Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and / or Guardians of a Care Options for Kids clients or a potential Care Options for Kids clients are not eligible to receive a bonus.
