Pressed Roots is a place where everyone is passionate about making everyone around them feel seen, beautiful, and comfortable. This includes their coworkers and their clients. Our Trainers at Pressed Roots are guiding and leading our stylist in serving up the best silk blowouts in town, while also providing a professional, memorable, luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education

• Lead stylist cohort training at the Plano Training Center, covering technical hair skills, product knowledge, and salon operations (including Barbicide protocols, The Tab system, and sanitation best practices).
• Conduct quarterly technical audits in collaboration with leadership to ensure all stylists maintain service standards.
• Develop and facilitate ongoing education classes tailored to stylist needs, partnering with the Training Department to refine curriculum.
• Provide advanced training and skill coaching for stylists struggling with timing, technical skills, or client satisfaction.
