Position summary : 10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced and recent graduate CDL‑A drivers to operate regional dry van routes east of I‑35. This role offers predictable regional schedules, modern equipment, and paid mentor‑led training for new drivers. Ideal candidates include Class A drivers looking for reliable home time, competitive compensation, and no‑touch freight assignments.
- Estimated annual compensation : $70,000–$80,000
- Home time : Typically two days every other week
- Paid training : First 4–6 weeks with a mentor; training pay $650 per week

Area of operation : Regional routes east of I‑35Equipment : Late‑model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissionsFreight : Dry van, 100% no‑touch freightPrimary responsibilities
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours‑of‑service requirements.Transport freight on assigned regional dry van routes east of I‑35 according to schedules and customer instructions.Perform inspections – conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.Maintain records – keep accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow established delivery and pickup procedures.Ensure load securement and adhere to handling procedures for dry van freight.Report incidents – notify management of accidents, delays, or compliance issues and cooperate with incident reviews and investigations.Minimum qualifications
License : Valid CDL‑A (Class A) licenseRecent graduates : Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (recent graduates encouraged to apply)Age : Minimum 21 yearsRegulatory compliance : Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial driversScreening : Ability to pass required drug screening and background checksLanguage : Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customersPreferred attributes
